Peace unto you and well wishes….hoping your week has been a reflective, healthy and nurturing one. Behar-Bechukotai is Hebrew that reads out as “On the Mount By My Decrees”. At this time, we don’t have our second Temple anymore, or Third Temple yet to be on the mount, and we are spread out across the globe where the best we can do for now, ones own local mount or outdoors, or living room. We must do and have the mount that nurtures us, within our own minds and hearts and homes…or fellow people to share that with. From that soup of scattered beliefs, all kinds of denominations, variants stem and each generation of the rise of confusion, brings with it those who seek to restore those Noahide practices back to the truths of Judaism as it really is.
Have you ever wondered what happens if millions upon millions rediscover Torah? Piece by piece, one by one, they are. Without Third Temple, and until Third Temple, there is a global swirl of those in Diaspora, who are thinking ahead to Third Temple and the global impact of such a notion, then wondering who and what will moderate or control the religious influx when the ordinances are restored. A global religious vacuum switch is being flipped on, and the theological eliminator games has only begun. What will be at the end of the tunell? More importantly, what was already there at the start of the tunnel? Noahides. Have no meaning in life, needing something to do? Study the Noahides beliefs and practices and find out, what is behind the gatekeepers. Enjoying your own local mount and family and friends, and nurturing, go back to your roots, and know, it is making a comeback.

What we have here, is last week the Parasha Emor, priest are called to live in even greater measures of holiness. And as cited above, this week Moses recieves the laws concerning the Shemitah…or the Sabbatical year…every 7th year. Peoples stopped growing things, as the earth healed and became holy again from excess work against the land, but you could still eat what is growing naturally or off to the sides of the fields. A period of agricultural rest. Our Judasim “7” is completion, holiness, …and after the cycles of 7 years times 7 years…equals, the next year that is the 50th year. As a small child, I was fascinated that the first multiplication I learned, was “7×7=49” and it stayed with me for life, but I never understood why and what comes after 49, is 50. Somehow, the first thing math I knew in life was “7×7”, too young to know what 8×8, or 4×4 is, but by golly like a lightning bolt, I knew 7×7.
In that “one day”, Isaiah 66:8 prophecised the nation State of Israel being restored, has occurred back in 1948 fulfilling key prophecies, proving Israel is….over there, where the Temple is to be. Who will be fulfilling to the House of David, inhabitants of Jerusalem, cleansing them from sin and impurity? We venture, the Noahides. Zecharaiah doesn’t speak of a bunch of Messianics and Christians cleaning the House of David thousands of years later in todays age. What sins and impurities were IN the House of David back then, but for, what the Noahides had to call out? The purity of Judaism as founded when the competing forms of Judaism are restored back to one.
I can’t tell you the exact date Third Temple is coming. Yet I can promise you, if you are reading this, you are going to want to know the path and road to Jerusalem, how to get there, no matter what. You are going to want to know how, to get to the mount, where it is by his decrees, you are called to come.
