Shalom Aleichem,
Greetings to you, and we hope your week has been blessed. As you wind down to observe Shabbat within your home and be with family, have you ever wondered what “Bamidbar” means? We’ll, now you know, it is the 4th book of the Torah, being Numbers. Yet, it means….”in the wilderness”. Leaving Egypt, for the Israelites….all tribes, all the lands travelled through were basically “wilderness”.
Ironically or not, The United States is to the Israelites, part of “the wilderness”, and that’s exactly how our nations forefathers and first US President called the lands….as part of the Israelites “wilderness” here in America, and regarded Canada that way too as this land,…as wilderness. Travelling through the wilderness, the Israelites had to be protected, and weapons bearing men, were divided by their tribes for the army, except of course the Levites which were priest. They were the original “IDF”, and in portions, that original IDF like now, still is. The armies, were by tribes. Many of those Tribes are here on US soil, many serve in the US Military. Start leaning your tribes of Israel, and see where you fit in relation to your tribe. One of the founders of this ministry, was an officer of the USMC. The USMC origins actually trace back to Tun Tavern in eastern US. Tun Tavern was also the birth place on this soil, for the Freemasons. Which has “11” lodges in Jerusalem, and we like to remind, that the 11 Lodges take after their being 11 tribes of warriors, minus Levite. The Jews oppressed in Europe under Hitler, at times felt justified to form covert armies. Quite successful I should add, at protecting, escorting Jews to slip out in the wilderness, survive, fight, and get away. Tragically, here in the USA, we are seeing signs of democrats trying to fractionalize our country, and it comes out against the Israelites here in this wilderness called the United States in harmful, even illegal ways by that political party. If that keeps being a trend, who is going to protect his tribes? Who will lead all the local area believers and tribes people to safety? We dont have that answer, only to share the Torah.
Numbers was about a counting a numbering of his people, “and so he counted them in the Desert of Sinai”, as found in Numbers 1:19. Hitler counted them in a different way, and contracted with IBM to count them. Always be ready to be counted, by Hashem, as among his. Though, it remains classically covert, for it says in Hosea 1:10-2:20 (2:1-2:22) actually describes this ocurred in the wilderness away from the eyes of other kings and lands rulers. Yet, that the numbers will keep growing like the sands of the sea and for a long time.

In your home synagogues this week, ask yourself, are you part of Hashems army? Is your Home Synagogue safe from attackers and anti-semites pouring out of Harvard to a neighborhood near you? Can you give spiritual refuge and safety to those in need? Are you ready for backlash if Israels strikes Iran?
