A lightly roasted blend of South American coffees that are ideal for early sunrise Hebrew prayer swig. Tasting notes are rumoured as walnuts, mild apple, slight raisin and toffee. Environmentally friendly washed processing and sun-dried. This coffee is both partial sun and full sun grown at high mountain elevations where the coffee growers believe they hear the Rabbi’s high up in the heavens praying for you.
